Historical markers need to be wikified and footnoted

[edit]

I put them in. If they were wikified and also footnoted to real direct references they would be a good source on the whole subject matter of Marshall. If there are not articles on the various subjects, a lot of the info on the subjects is in the historical markers, and the text is in the historical marker site that I have linked. We need more Marshall connected articles.

I think that they should be put at the end of the article. 7&6=thirteen (talk) 18:26, 18 February 2008 (UTC)Stan[reply]

I updated the marker list with additional wikipedia pages links that were added since last time the section was updated. --Ian Korman (talk) 10:10, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Added additional citations in history section

[edit]

As per the maintenance template, added additional references and updated the text for accuracy accordingly in the history section. One source was a published book, title Marshall by Pardoe and Collins, that can be used for citation for a large portion of the information in the article. Template maybe up for removal. --Ian Korman (talk) 10:17, 23 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

No other input. Removed template. --Ian Korman (talk) 11:33, 22 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The link for the Marshall Avenue Bridge over Rice Creek links to the wrong article, it links to a bridge in Minnesota 2600:1700:B0B1:0:21E7:FE76:81A3:65D5 (talk) 07:10, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
